Like a cat I was more facintated about the box itself, than its content. Recently before my parents moved, my mum started to weigh her gold braceletes and necklaces, even a coin pendent with one of those homophobic popes was in there. What’s the value, and what does it mean to inherit something, emotionally, physically or monetary.
Inheritance, trust funds and rarely taxed assets... unfair head starts to social class and safety, rarely spoken of and certainly never questioned. But that’s not what it's really about.
